In Tuesday's league match, the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres basketball team scored a tight 58-55 triumph over the Myers Park Mustangs.

In their next game, the Sabres meet the Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A Conference 49 match, on Friday, February 10.
