The Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD) basketball crushed the host Little Wound Mustangs (Kyle, SD), 62-30 in Tuesday's league test.

The Thorpes (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Red Cloud (Pine Ridge, SD). The Crusaders go into the A Region 7 test with a 9-4 record.

The Mustangs now own a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lakota Tech for a A Region 7 test on Thursday, January 26. Little Wound will encounter a Tatanka squad coming off a 69-61 non-league loss to Canton (Canton, SD). The Tatanka record now stands at 6-5.
