In Friday's league outing, the Warner Monarchs (Warner, SD) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Britton-Hecla Braves (Britton, SD), by a margin of 57-36.

The Monarchs (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 7-5 record. In their last outing, Waubay/Summit was trounced by Aberdeen Christian (Aberdeen, SD), 56-28, in a non-league outing.
