February 8, 2023: Amboy, IL 61310 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL) and the host Amboy Clippers (Amboy, IL), saw Ashton-Franklin Center's basketball squad wallop Amboy by a tally of 70-34.
With the victory, Ashton-Franklin Center improves its record to 13-16 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Fulton (Fulton, IL) to confront the Steamers in a Northwest Upstate Illini - South challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Steamers come into the challenge with a record of 21-7.
Next up, the Clippers confront the Milledgeville Missiles (Milledgeville, IL) in a Northwest Upstate Illini - South challenge, on Friday, February 10. Amboy will attempt to improve on its 4-25 season record. The Missiles come into the challenge with a 15-12 record after their 56-37 non-league loss to South Beloit (South Beloit, IL).
