With the victory, Jackson-Reed improves its record to 20-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Woodson (Washington, DC) to confront the Warriors in a DCSAA AA challenge on Friday, January 19. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-10. Woodson lost 69-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Potomac School (McLean, VA)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Ballou Knights (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA A challenge, on Friday, January 19. Banneker will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 69-58 league loss to Roosevelt (Washington, DC).
