Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Coolidge Colts (Washington, DC) and the visiting Bell Griffins (Washington, DC), saw Coolidge's basketball squad wallop Bell by a count of 98-52.

With the victory, Coolidge upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Bard (Washington, DC) to play the Falcons in a DCIAA challenge on Friday, January 19. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 3-15. Bard lost 64-41 in their recent league challenge against Ron Brown (Washington, DC)

Next up, the Griffins play the Capital City Public Charter School EAGLES (Washington, DC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. Bell will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The EAGLES come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 54-51 league win over SEED DC (Washington, DC).
