Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Coolidge Colts (Washington, DC) and the visiting Eastern Ramblers (Washington, DC), saw Coolidge's basketball squad wallop Eastern by a tally of 71-45.

With the victory, Coolidge improves its record to 9-10 on the campaign. The Colts host Woodson (Washington, DC) to confront the Warriors in a DCSAA AA challenge on Monday, January 30. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 2-12.

Next up, the Ramblers confront the Dunbar Crimson Tide (Washington, DC) in a DCIAA challenge, on Monday, January 30. Eastern will attempt to improve on its 8-13 season record.
