Texas High School Volleyball - Lake Highlands tips Sachse

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Lake Highlands Wildcats volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Sachse Mustangs.

The Wildcats (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Memorial (Frisco, TX). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 13-9 record. In their last challenge, Memorial was nudged by Liberty Christian (Argyle, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs play the Wylie East Raiders (Wylie, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 challenge, on Tuesday, September 3. Sachse will attempt to upgrade on its 12-12 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 18-5 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Melissa (Melissa, TX).
