Texas High School Volleyball - Lake Highlands over Sachse

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Lake Highlands Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Sachse Mustangs.

The Wildcats (17-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Richardson (Richardson, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region I District 7 challenge with a 9-14 record. In their last challenge, Richardson beat Nimitz (Irving, TX), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs play the Wylie Pirates (Wylie, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 challenge, on Friday, September 20. Sachse will attempt to upgrade on its 16-14 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 23-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Garland (Garland, TX).
