High school basketball: Every player who scored 50 points or more in a game during the 2023-24 season

Grayson Rigdon of Benjamin (Texas), high school basketball's leading scorer nationally at 47.6 points per game, not surprisingly led the nation with the most 50-plus point games this season. The 5-foot-11 junior guard had six, including a high game of 72 points.

According to statistics submitted to or compiled by MaxPreps, Paul Luchter of LuckyShow.org and Minnesota High School Basketball Records, at least 200 players scored 50 or more in a game this season. See the complete list below.

Rigdon, who recently committed to attend the United States Air Force Academy and play football, also had five games of 50 or more points as a sophomore, giving him 11 for his career with one season remaining.

DeShawn Fox of Manual (Denver, Colo.) had the highest single game total with 76 on Feb. 20. That scoring outburst tied the state record set in 1992 by Albert Arguello of Upper Room Christian Academy (Denver).
