Not only did the two-time NBA MVP get his jersey retired at
Charlotte Christian (N.C.), the student section at Davidson College was renamed in his honor.
Curry was on hand Tuesday as Charlotte Christian took on Covenant Day (Matthews) and saw jersey No. 20 retired for the Knights. The Splash Brother graduated from Charlotte Christian in 2006 and finished his career as the school's all-time leading scorer.
Curry went on to score over 2,600 points in just three seasons at Davidson before being taken by the Warriors with the No. 7 pick of the 2009 NBA Draft.
