Louisiana High School Basketball - Northlake Christian holds off St. Charles Catholic
January 2, 2025: LaPlace, LA 70068 The Northlake Christian Wolverines basketball team scored 45 points and limited the host St. Charles Catholic Comets to 43 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wolverines now have a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Doyle for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Northlake Christian will confront a Tigers team coming off a 59-54 non-league win over Lutcher (Lutcher, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 9-6.
With the loss, St. Charles Catholic falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Comets host Albany (Albany, LA) to confront the Hornets in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 13-4. Albany won 67-32 in their recent non-league game against West St. John (Edgard, LA)
