In Thursday's league match, the visiting North Hills Indians basketball team scored a good 55-38 triumph over the Mars Fightin' Planets.

In their next game, the Indians meet the Hampton Talbots (Allison Park, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 2 match, on Monday, January 15. North Hills will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Talbots enter the match with a 7-5 record after their 43-38 league win over Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA).
