Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Central Falcons (Capitol Heights, MD) and the visiting Crossland Cavaliers (Temple Hills, MD), saw Central's basketball squad wallop Crossland by a tally of 75-54.

With the victory, Central improves its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Falcons host Surrattsville (Clinton, MD) to play the Hornets in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 1-9. Surrattsville lost 66-34 in their recent league challenge against Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Largo Lions (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Crossland will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record.
