The Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) basketball crushed the visiting East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), 111-37 in Friday's league test.

The Vikings (17-0) will now prepare for their test against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders go into the 3A South Piedmont test with a 0-14 record.

The Mustangs now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they host Lake Norman Charter for a 3A South Piedmont test on Tuesday, January 23. East Rowan will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 52-51 league loss to West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Knights record now stands at 7-9.
