North Carolina High School Basketball - Carolina International winner over Cabarrus Charter

In Friday's league outing, the Carolina International Comets (Concord, NC) basketball squad felled the host Cabarrus Charter Huskies (Concord, NC), by a margin of 72-60.

The Comets (13-14) will now prepare for their outing against Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats go into the 1A Conference 38 outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, Sugar Creek was beaten by Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC), 74-46, in a league outing.

The Huskies now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they travel to Corvian Community for a 1A Conference 38 outing on Friday, February 10.
