North Carolina High School Basketball - Cabarrus Charter trounced by Carolina International

December 13, 2022: Concord, NC 28027

The Carolina International Comets routed the visiting Cabarrus Charter Huskies basketball team by a final score of 89-31 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Comets face the Combine Academy Goats (Lincolnton, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 15. Carolina International will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Goats enter the game with a 14-0 record after their 54-49 non-league win over Bartlett (Bartlett, TN).

With the defeat, Cabarrus Charter moves to 1-4 on the year. The Huskies travel to Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC) to face the Wildcats in a 1A Conference 38 game on Thursday, December 15.
