With the victory, Gonzaga advances its record to 23-2 on the year. The Eagles host Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD) to meet the Mustangs in a Washington Catholic battle on Sunday, February 9. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 10-11. Bishop McNamara lost 82-55 in their recent league battle against St. John's (Washington, DC)
The Lions now own a 14-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop O'Connell for a VISAA Division I battle on Tuesday, February 11. Archbishop Carroll will meet a Knights squad coming off a 52-41 league loss to Paul VI (Chantilly, VA). The Knights record now stands at 18-7.
