Washington, DC High School Basketball - Archbishop Carroll routs St. Mary's Ryken
January 24, 2025: Washington, DC 20017 In Friday's league contest, the host Archbishop Carroll Lions basketball team scored a big 83-53 win over the St. Mary's Ryken Knights.
The Lions (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Washington Leadership Academy (Washington, DC). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Washington Leadership Academy smashed BASIS (Washington, DC), 85-48, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Wise Pumas (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 25. St. Mary's Ryken will attempt to better on its 5-15 season record. The Pumas come into the contest with a 9-2 record after their 89-47 league win over Bladensburg (Bladensburg, MD).
