In Friday's league match, the host Highland Tech Rams basketball team scored a good 67-54 triumph over the Cherryville Ironmen.

In their next game, the Rams meet the Bessemer City Yellow Jackets (Bessemer City, NC) in a 1A/2A Southern Piedmont match, on Tuesday, February 13.
