The Northampton County Jaguars routed the visiting Southeast Halifax Trojans basketball team by a final score of 74-53 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Jaguars face the Wilson Prep Tigers (Wilson, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 17. Northampton County will attempt to move on its 16-5 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 20-7 record after their 88-53 non-league win over KIPP Pride (Gaston, NC).

With the defeat, Southeast Halifax moves to 10-11 on the year.
