Iowa High School Baseball - Gilbert loses to Ballard
June 5, 2024: Gilbert, IA 50105 The Ballard Bombers baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Gilbert Tigers to 4 in the Bombers league victory on Wednesday.
The Bombers (7-6) will now prepare for their match against Carroll (Carroll, IA). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Carroll gained a win over Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA), 18-0, in a non-league match.
The Tigers (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Winterset (Winterset, IA). The Huskies go into the Raccoon River match with a 5-7 record. In their last match, Winterset was overwhelmed by A-D-M (Adel, IA), 18-1, in a league match.
