Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds (Anchorage, AK), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Dimond advances its record to 2-7 on the season. The Lynx travel to Chugiak (Chugiak, AK) to face the Mustangs in a 4A Cook Inlet test on Friday, September 5. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 14-2. Chugiak won 3-0 in their recent league outing against West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK)
