January 12, 2024: Daleville, VA 24083 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Northside Vikings (Roanoke, VA) and the host Lord Botetourt Cavaliers (Daleville, VA), saw Northside's basketball squad overcome Lord Botetourt by a tally of 74-59.
With the victory, Northside improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Vikings host Glass (Lynchburg, VA) to confront the Hilltoppers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Glass won 53-51 in their recent league challenge against Heritage (Lynchburg, VA)
Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Franklin County Eagles (Rocky Mount, VA) in a Blue Ridge challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Lord Botetourt will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 78-73 league loss to Fleming (Roanoke, VA).
