The North Hills Indians basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting New Castle Hurricanes to 55 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now possess a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Butler for a WPIAL 6A 1 game on Tuesday, January 21. North Hills will play a Golden Tornado team coming off a 71-67 league win over North Allegheny (Wexford, PA). The Golden Tornado record now stands at 10-5.

In their next game, the Hurricanes battle the Woodland Hills Wolverines (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 6A 1 contest, on Tuesday, January 21. New Castle will attempt to better on its 12-2 season record.
