The Western Indians basketball team (Latham, OH), was routed 55-18 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Northwest Mohawks (McDermott, OH)

With the win, Northwest upgrades its record to 4-10 on the season. The Mohawks travel to North College Hill (Cincinnati, OH) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 2-12. North College Hill won 42-28 in their recent league bout against St. Bernard-Elmwood Place (St. Bernard, OH)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Eastern Eagles (Beaver, OH) in a Southern Ohio II bout, on Monday, January 22. Western will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record.
