Washington, DC High School Basketball - Bard holds off Coolidge
January 20, 2023: Washington, DC 20011 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Bard Falcons (Washington, DC) and the host Coolidge Colts (Washington, DC), saw Bard's basketball squad hold off Coolidge by a tally of 69-63.
With the victory, Bard improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Banneker (Washington, DC) to confront the Bulldogs in a DCSAA A challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 7-7. Banneker won 49-23 in their recent league challenge against Woodson (Washington, DC)
Next up, the Colts confront the School Without Walls Penguins (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA A challenge, on Saturday, January 21. Coolidge will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Penguins come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 73-50 league loss to Roosevelt (Washington, DC).
