Texas High School Basketball - Henderson tipped by Gilmer
January 20, 2023: Henderson, TX 75652 The Gilmer Buckeyes basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Henderson Lions to 42 in the Buckeyes league triumph on Friday.
The Buckeyes now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kilgore for a 4A Region III District 17 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Gilmer will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 43-37 league win over Spring Hill (Longview, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-12.
The Lions (6-20) will now prepare for their contest against Kilgore (Kilgore, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Region III District 17 contest with a 7-12 record.
