Iowa High School Basketball - Harlan overwhelms Atlantic
January 25, 2024: Harlan, IA 51537 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Harlan Cyclones (Harlan, IA) and the visiting Atlantic Trojans (Atlantic, IA), saw Harlan's basketball squad wallop Atlantic by a tally of 69-37.
With the victory, Harlan improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Cyclones host Glenwood (Glenwood, IA) to confront the Rams in a Hawkeye Ten challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Glenwood won 55-32 in their recent league challenge against Creston (Creston, IA)
Next up, the Trojans confront the St. Albert Falcons (Council Bluffs, IA) in a Hawkeye Ten challenge, on Friday, January 26. Atlantic will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 13-1 record after their 59-26 league win over Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA).
