The First Flight Nighthawks basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Currituck County Knights to 47 in the Nighthawks league victory on Friday.

The Nighthawks now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manteo for a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal contest on Tuesday, January 30. First Flight will battle a Redskins team coming off a 46-39 league loss to Camden County (Camden, NC). The Redskins record now stands at 4-10.

The Knights (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Camden County (Camden, NC). The Bruins come into the 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal contest with a 2-12 record. In their last contest, Camden County prevailed over Manteo (Manteo, NC), 46-39, in a league contest.
