In Friday's league outing, the Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) basketball squad beat the host St. Stephens Indians (Hickory, NC), by a count of 68-49.

The Red Tornadoes (19-1) will now prepare for their outing against North Iredell (Olin, NC). The Raiders go into the 3A Conference 51 outing with a 13-7 record. In their last outing, North Iredell defeated North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 53-51, in a league outing.
