The Palisades Pumas nipped the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres basketball squad by a final score of 51-46 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Pumas face the Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, January 7. Palisades will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Trojans enter the outing with a 4-3 record after their 54-41 non-league win over Ballantyne Ridge (Charlotte, NC).
