In Friday's league outing, the Taft Raiders (San Antonio, TX) basketball squad felled the host Holmes Huskies (San Antonio, TX), by a margin of 81-62.

The Raiders (14-9) will now prepare for their outing against Jay (San Antonio, TX). The Mustangs go into the 6A Region IV District 29 outing with a 6-13 record. In their last outing, Jay was beaten by Harlan (San Antonio, TX), 69-58, in a league outing.
