The Thomas Jefferson Gryphons tipped the visiting East Gaston Warriors basketball team by a final score of 45-44 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Gryphons face the Shelby Golden Lions (Shelby, NC) in a 1A/2A Conference 40 game, on Friday, January 13. Thomas Jefferson will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record.
