The Gryphons now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Asheville for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 22. Thomas Jefferson will battle a Cougars team coming off a 69-53 non-league win over Cocke County (Newport, TN). The Cougars record now stands at 8-0.

The Rams (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Piedmont Community Charter trounced Sugar Creek (Charlotte, NC), 63-14, in a league battle.
