The East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC) basketball toppled the visiting Cherryville Ironmen (Cherryville, NC), 67-48 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy for a 1A/2A Southern Piedmont bout on Friday, January 10. East Gaston will play a Gryphons team coming off a 71-59 league loss to Burns (Lawndale, NC). The Gryphons record now stands at 8-3.
