The St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL) basketball knocked off the host Tolono Unity Rockets (Tolono, IL), 51-37 in Monday's league test.

The Sabers (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Arthur-Okaw Christian (Arthur, IL). The Conquering Riders go into the non-league test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, Arthur-Okaw Christian went down by Heritage Christian (Dyer, IN), 40-30, in a non-league test.

The Rockets now own a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Rantoul for a Illini Prairie test on Thursday, January 12. Tolono Unity will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 54-29 league loss to Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
