The River Valley Panthers (Blairsville, PA) basketball crushed the host United Lions (Armagh, PA), 62-29 in Thursday's league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 13-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mifflin County for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 11.

With the loss, United falls to 5-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Purchase Line (Commodore, PA) to play the Red Dragons in a Heritage bout on Monday, January 13.
