The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Metter Tigers (Metter, GA) and the visiting Claxton Tigers (Claxton, GA), witnessed Metter's football squad wallop Claxton by a tally of 45-0.

The Tigers (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Screven County (Sylvania, GA). The Gamecocks enter the A D2 Region 3 contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Screven County crushed Bryan County (Pembroke, GA), 19-9, in a league contest.
