Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Palmer Moose (Palmer, AK) and the host Colony Knights (Palmer, AK), observed Palmer's volleyball team hold off Colony by a count of 2-1.

The Moose (26-17) will now prepare for their contest against Nikiski (Nikiski, AK). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 22-9 record. In their last contest, Nikiski got by Mt. Edgecumbe (Sitka, AK), 1-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Knights battle the Palmer Moose (Palmer, AK) in a 4A Northern Lights contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Colony will attempt to move on its 13-14 season record. The Moose enter the contest with a 26-17 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK).
