The Chugiak Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Colony Knights to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now have a 15-10 record. They play next when they travel to Nikiski for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. Chugiak will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 league win over Seward (Seward, AK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-5.

With the loss, Colony drops to 10-9 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Palmer (Palmer, AK) to play the Moose in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. The Moose come into the outing with a record of 10-9. Palmer lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Wasilla (Wasilla, AK)
