The Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) volleyball overcame the visiting Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Watauga betters its record to 21-2 on the year. The Pioneers host Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC) to face the Mavericks in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 25.
