In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Unity Christian Lions volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond Knights.

Coming up next, the Lions play the Heritage Hawks (Broadlands, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie outing, on Tuesday, October 14. Unity Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 22-6 season record. The Hawks come into the outing with a 6-21 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh (Oakland, IL).

With the loss, Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond drops to 18-8 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Lexington (Lexington, IL) to play the Minutemen in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11.
