Illinois High School Basketball - Stark County holds off Annawan
November 22, 2022: Toulon, IL 61483 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Stark County Rebels (Toulon, IL) and the visiting Annawan Braves (Annawan, IL), saw Stark County's basketball squad hold off Annawan by a tally of 52-47.
With the victory, Stark County improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Elmwood (Elmwood, IL) to confront the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 26. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 2-1.
Next up, the Braves confront the Elmwood Trojans (Elmwood, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, November 23. Annawan will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 68-57 non-league win over Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL).
