In Friday's league contest, the host Southeast Guilford Falcons basketball team scored a close 45-43 triumph over the Southwest Guilford Cowboys.

The Falcons (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC). The Tigers go into the 4A Metro contest with a 7-2 record.
