In Tuesday's league test, the Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC), by a score of 51-39.

Next, the Cowboys clash with the Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC) in a 4A Metro test, on Friday, February 7. Southwest Guilford will attempt to improve on its 12-7 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 13-7 record after their 67-61 league win over Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
