The Crawford Rams basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Hay Springs Hawks to 50 in the Rams non-league triumph on Monday.

The Rams now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morrill for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Crawford will battle a Lions team coming off a 65-25 non-league win over Sioux County (Harrison, NE). The Lions record now stands at 2-6.

The Hawks (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sioux County (Harrison, NE). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Sioux County was nudged by Morrill (Morrill, NE), 65-25, in a non-league contest.
