The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Tri-Valley Vikings (Downs, IL) and the visiting Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, IL), observed Tri-Valley's basketball team overcome Lexington by a margin of 54-45.

The Vikings (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Prairie Central defeated Dwight (Dwight, IL), 64-48, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Minutemen meet the Roanoke-Benson Rockets (Roanoke, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, December 6. Lexington will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Rockets enter the battle with a 0-4 record after their 68-38 non-league loss to Eureka (Eureka, IL).
