Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC), 77-63 in a league challenge.

The Titans (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Archbishop Alter (Kettering, OH). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Archbishop Alter defeated Fairmont (Kettering, OH), 58-40, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mavericks battle the Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21.
