North Carolina High School Basketball - Northwest Halifax trounced by Southeast Halifax

December 5, 2023: Littleton, NC 27850

The Southeast Halifax Trojans routed the host Northwest Halifax Vikings basketball team by a final score of 67-29 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Trojans face the KIPP Pride Pride (Gaston, NC) in a 1A Tar Roanoke game, on Friday, December 8. Southeast Halifax will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Pride enter the game with a 2-0 record after their 56-43 league win over Warren County (Warrenton, NC).

With the defeat, Northwest Halifax moves to 0-5 on the year. The Vikings host Northampton County (Gaston, NC) to face the Jaguars in a 1A Tar Roanoke game on Friday, December 8. The Jaguars enter the game with a record of 2-1. Northampton County won 78-55 in their recent league game against Rocky Mount Prep (Rocky Mount, NC)
